Lesley JaneTOFTnee FOUNTAIN Sadly passed away on 12th October 2021 at University Hospital of Wales aged 72 Years. Loving Wife, Mum to Matthew, Lucie and cherished Sister and Grandmother. Lesley will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Donations in memory of Lesley can be made to Macmillan Cancer Support. Lesley will be resting at Caerphilly Funeral Services, Parc Avenue, Crossways (02920862100) where floral tributes may be sent along with all enquiries. Funeral Service is to be held on Tuesday 2nd November at 2pm at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel.
